Extremely negative and disrespectful interview process. Had an initial Phone screen. Then proceeded to the Onsite with four rounds. Next you needed to provide two references. I was then ghosted after this point. I have never seen this sort of behavior. When a candidate took the time to interview and especially take time off to do an onsite, the least you can do is to tell them the result of their candidacy. This company wasted multiple days of my time. Do not bother wasting your time interviewing here.

Pretty standard interview process. Recruiter reached out and one technical phone screen. Then the on-site. Both went well and I was informed I'd get an offer. Then 2 days later they said that the headcount was filled and I wouldn't get an offer. Never had that experience before. I understand business needs change, but my understanding is if someone passes the interviews, an offer is expected, pending unexpected headcount changes. The recruiter seemed this was standard process, like an airline overbooking a flight. Clearly they do not value or respect candidates' time.
