One hour initial call with discussion of past experience, description of the role, etc. Note that the interview will be recorded. Whenever I have had to decline an offer of employment from a company, I have always explained the reason in my reply - whether I because I had already accepted another offer, because I could not give the commitment in extra hours that looked likely to be required, or (once) for ethical reasons. When I do not get an offer, I expect (and have almost always received) the same in return. Be aware before you invest any time in applying for a position with this company that they do not extend the same courtesy or respect to those they interview: no feedback, no explanation. I would not recommend it.
