Group interview with about 5 other candidates, interviewed with the Manager and they send you a hour long sales meeting and you record yourself watching it and answer pre set questions. Did all of this and that was ignored for about a month with no feedback. Waste of time, 3 rounds of interviews with a lot of time invested just to be ghosted with no reply or feedback...

There was a group interview which was a nightmare and absolute privacy issue. They asked what our expected pay was and who else in the interview we think we would want to work with in the future. Extremely uncomfortable and I do not feel it was productive. Then there was a skills exam that took hours on hours to complete. From there, they conduct a role play interview. This was fine except for the fact the individual who interviewed me would continuously interrupt me and make remarks. Their expressions were highly judge mental and I felt poorly by the end of the interview even though I had not really done anything wrong. The one thing they mentioned from the first day of the interview process was that if you were not selected, you would be provided feedback which I thought was great. However, I was provided with no feedback and instead was told they were no longer looking to fill the role. I completed weeks of interviews that took hours of my time for a role they filled. Unbelievably unprofessional.
