The process was quite difficult, which is a good thing. The steps are: -Screen interview with recruiter -Algorithms tests (codility) -Project (code and documentation) -Interview about the project. They will ask questions about your approach, the flaws they found, and ask you to explain things you did.

First interview was a basic check to see if you could speak English. Next one was a technical interview where they asked you to solve a problem and watched you figure it out. Finally there was a code project where you had to submit and have it reviewed by one of the interviewers.
