Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Cloud Employee nel mese di dic 2023

The recruiter approached me on the linkedin, they saw my profile and said that they liked, then I sent my resume and fullfil a form that they asked to do.
On all those documents and sources, there were available my experience and companies that I worked with as the technologies that I had experience.
In the day of interview besides arrived late, the recruiter not even let me talk about my experiences and said that I couldnt go on next steps cause they were looking for someone with more experience.
Again, all those informations were available on my resume, linkedin and in the form they asked me to fullfil, why bother to schedule an interview if you not even check the information before?
I found very unpolite the way that happened and the way they handled, cause not even they asked sorry to made me loose my time.

Screening casual conversation to start with headhunter which was quite relaxed and asked what I was into and had worked on, then took technical test followed by pair programming interview with senior engineer

Senior engineer based in US interviewed me for final interview. Pair programming for 30 minutes and a chat. Interviewer was thorough and reasonable. I didn’t get the job unfortunately.
