Colloquio
It was easy because everyone was very accommodating. I went there by almost 6PM and was able to sign the contract by 7PM. Everything was smooth. All the HR Personnel were kind and sweet. They let you ask questions about the contract so that you can understand it easily. They also give you enough time to complete your requirements and they offer trainings for everyone unlike those ESL companies.

You need to dedicate a few hours for the entire process. No one really tells you how long you should wait either (and the only time they did, they couldn't stick to it).
Once you get in the waiting room, you need to fill up a form using the computer by the door. The receptionist will call you afterwards and then will let you answer a ~20 item grammar test (multiple choice). Once you're done, you wait around until you're called for a face-to-face interview. It's a pretty standard job interview where they ask you about work experience etc. They also asked me to read some 15 words aloud (pronunciation check). If you pass there, you'll be told that you should be "confident and spontaneous" in your next interview.
You wait again for the phone interview (conducted within the office). It's similar to the first interview. What they're looking for are people with good english, (advantage for those with American Accent).
When you pass, you'll be asked for 2 IDs, NBI clearance, and all your important numbers (TIN, SSS, PhilHealth). They'll give you a bank form, contract and company information sheet for you to fill out then and there.
