Very weird from the beginning - no HR connect, direct contact by hiring manager. No clear communication, missed sending invite to the interview (I had to reach out to remind if there is an interview happening), no clear communication on how many rounds of interview (kept on adding people to talk to), at the end - received a verbal offer, 2 rounds of negotiation and offer was withdrawn for another candidate that was internally referred!
