I was contacted by a recruiting agency and a telephone interview was set up with the Team Lead who is also the hiring manager. The Telephone interview with Team Lead lasted about 1 hour. It included questions like "Why are you looking?" "What have you done in the Past?" etc, A Skype interview was scheduled with the CTO in England. That lasted about 30 minutes. I was made an offer within a day after the interview.
