They emailed within two weeks of sending my CV with a request for a phone interview. That was followed with a thank you email and invitation to come in the same day. Then an in person interview with the person who would be my boss and the HR person.

Very human company, interview process is not too formal and more of a conversation. Not the standard intimidating interview that you would expect. Met with people that I would be working with daily.
