Applied online. Recruiter contacted me within few days and setup a phone call. Didn't call at the scheduled time. After so many emails finally rescheduled it to some other day. Actual call was very good. Was asked standard screening questions. Performed pretty good. Recruiter actually mentioned that I nailed it few times.. Was confident will move to the next round. Its been a month no reply from Cloudera. Tried contacting recruiter several times, phone/emails/linkedin messages no answer. Highly unprofessional and disorganized. I was hoping to receive atleast standard rejection email... not even that.. You may want to think 10 times before working here..
