I was invited for a HR interview with Cloudera on 31 March, around 20 days after I have done my application. The recruiter Katie Barnes and I had an engaging conversation and she closed the interview describing how the whole selection process would look like, mentioning also the name of the following interviewers and their respective functions. The next step would be an interview with hiring manager which she mentioned they would try to squeeze in the following days. Since then, I was never approached again and despite my follow up emails, I didn't hear anything else from Cloudera, until today (4 May) when they communicate they have proceed with other candidate. This feels so disrespectful with my time, as I had to free up my schedule for the HR interview, I prepared for that and I was already in prep for the next interviews researching about the interviewers.
