The whole process was unorganized and unprofessional. My first interviewer was 15 minutes late and went over the time that she was allotted which made the next interviewer unable to interview me in a conference room, so we had to scramble around at the last minute. It was more about them telling me about the company instead of actually interviewing me. I'm honestly not even that surprised that I didn't get an offer, because I wasn't given any opportunity to tell the interviewers about myself. The recruiter also never let me know that I didn't get the position which I found to be super rude after I took the time to interview multiple times and was told that I was a "top contender". It was only when I looked at my jobvite account that I found out that I was not selected.
I had a recruiter contact me asking if I was still interested and if so, could we setup a time to talk. I replied asking one question which got a response, but when I asked if we could connect the next day, no reply. I sent a follow up and again, no reply. It is so unprofessional to reach out to a candidate and then disappear, and it gives me an idea of how this company represents themselves with candidates.

Cloudera's interview process was very organized and accommodating to my schedule. I began with a phone screen interview, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, two video interviews with two of the recruiters, and ended with an on-site interview with one of the recruiting coordinator's. The process was engaging and enjoyable!

A very positive and conversational interview process, I asked just as many questions as they did. It was great because I got to know the company better, everyone that I met with was very nice and genuine. The recruiter always updated me and the process moved at a good pace. The snack bag was a nice touch as well!
