Once I applied online on Cloudera website, process was straight forward. I received a call in 15 days from recruiter and interview process started from following week.
I went through total 6 discussions.
4 round of technical interviews, 1 techno-managerial and 1 from Director.
Questions were mainly from past experience in hadoop and related ecosystem. Hadoop security and platform. I found 3 to average and 2 to be above average. (from technical standpoint)
All interviews finished in 20 days. and Offer is rolled out in another 20 days

Recruiter reached out on linkedIn. First round spoke to the hiring manager. It was just general behavioural questions and past experiences. Then, a technical round with an architect. Just discussed various hypothetical scenarios and ideas.

El proceso consta de varias entrevista con el responsable del equipo de Preventa y con el equipo local, en las entrevistas pregunta sobre cómo tú experiencia en el ciclo comercial y gestión de las conversaciones en las reuniones. Parte de la entrevista se centro en el conocimiento de los productos que conforman el portfolio de Cloudera.
