I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After the usual introductory phone call the process took 3 (5) steps.
First I was given an online hackerrank test, than I had an onsite technical interview consisting of 3 parts. All parts can be done together on the same day, or separately. I did them together, which is kind of tough, but doable. Before the interview I was informed via email what kind of questions to expect. This description seemed to be quite board at first, but turned out be valid actually. When arrived to the interview, I was given a "snack-pack" of snacks and beverages to survive the following 3 hours, which was very nice and something I've never experienced anywhere else.
Having this technical part passed, I had a lunch with my future manager focusing on soft skills, team-fit and interpersonal compatibility.
This was the longest and most difficult interview process I ever had, but everyone I met was easy going and super friendly. The process was quite seamless and professional. Overall I had the feeling they are very picky who they work with, but respect you as a candidate very much.

Hackerrank test: solve 3 algorithmic tasks using a language of your choice (as offered by hackerrank) in 60 minutes
Onsite technical interview.
Part1: a) write a shell script for some log processing task, b) make a conceptual design of a sports app
Part2: a) how would you finish your hackerrank exercise, b) how would you optimise the time-complexity of all your hackerrank solutions.
Part3: given a (not very difficult) algorithmic problem, find the solution and put it syntactically correctly on the whiteboard in a language of your choice (as offered by the interviewers)

They informed me that the role I was interviewing for had changed. They did not attempt to understand if I was still interested in the new role. Most of the questions they asked me were about the number of years I worked with a given technology with no follow up questions for context. They also tried pitching that I take a much lower salary than my asking range based on where I live for a remote role, as if it weren't feasible despite my most recent remote salary being in my asking range. I declined the next round of interviews when offered.

I had 4 interviews alltogether. An HR, an online coding and technical assesmwnt, a system design and one menegerial. Technical interviews was held in english. Interviewers were nice and helpful.

Interview had several coding rounds with standard coding tasks. The surprising part was that each round had only 1 interviewer, but usually according to my experience it is at least 2 people to avoid the bias. The communication with the recruiter was fast and professional.
