Over 10 rounds of interview which took 2 months Which was pretty lengthy, I was ok with number of rounds, but a Tech company should move faster than this otherwise they may lose talent

Got contacted by recruiter and scheduled a screening call, recruiter was late and the conversation felt really rushed however she was helpful explaining the role and interview process they follow where after the interview with the hiring manager I would have a take home exercise. She said that would send me an interview with the hiring manager but then the system didn't had any slots, eventually slots were available 3 weeks later, finally on the scheduled slot the hiring manager didn't show up for the interview. After a few hours they sent an apology about a scheduling conflict. As I felt the company was a bit chaotic decided to stop pursuing the position.
