Got sent an offer to interview after participating in the CCC. The technical interview itself was not very hard, there were a few brain teaser questions as well as a bit of coding. The interviewers were nice and the atmosphere was very chill.

There are 3 baskets of fruit, and each has one of these labels: apples, oranges, or apples and oranges. Someone mixed up the labels so that no basket has the correct label. What's the minimum number of fruit you need to take out in order to find out which basket is which?

Very torough interview, a series of brainteasers/logic problems that I had around 15 minutes to think about, then some problems I had to solve, and then discussions about workflows, etc. The whole interview took somewhere around 3-4 hours.

You first need to do a coding contest which is 4 hours and you have to solve enough tasks in the time limit to have an interview.
The interview itself was pleasant, in general it was some small talk and talking about my university experiences. The interviewer always replied very quick to my emails and made the process go great.
