I applied for this position online with no referrals. First round interview was a phone screen with the recruiter, she was pleasant to speak with. I was invited for an on-site, scheduled to interview 1:1 with 5 different people, 30-45 minutes each person. Not sure if this is the normal process, but it seems like if you make it to the last person (COO) you should have an offer. If you do not, then they will decide to go with other candidates. The interview questions on-site were not particularly difficult, I can only blame myself for not advocating myself strongly enough (rusty at interviewing). There was one interviewer who didn't seem prepared to interview me, with lots of pauses in between questions and at times not knowing what to ask me. I had to drive most of that round with my own questions and conversation topics which was a new experience for me. From applying online to the final interview decision, it took about 4 weeks.
