The process of interview is like written technical and hr in which written is bit easy and in technical round just be confident and stick to your answer. As i went for fresher entry and as they going to give a training on the selected domain so initially they just demand that candidate should know the basic concepts. Candidate should acquire well communication skill. At the end there is bond for 3.5 years including 6 month of training. If the candidate is willing to pursue their career they can go with it because clover infotech is very good company to start with

1st round is of aptitude contains some questions of gk maths, and logical, and essay writing
if you crack that round then the second round is technical round- this round is totally based on basic knowledge of linux and basic commands in it.
If you crack the technical round then there will be a final round that is HR round where they just check for your confidence and are you ready for bond and bond may vary from 2 years to 3 years for me it is an 3 year bond, and in HR round then may cross question you why this job why not any else we also have opening in this post come join this post bt you should be ready with your ans. and the communication should be good at least average and you should not panic while you ans any question.

Fresher should have to pass Aptitude test first,rest of all done by confidence.
FtoF Interview is really fresher level,so fresher should attend interview confidently.
HR round is also good just prepare Fresher level HR question to crack interview.
