I was shortlisted for the first round of interviews. During the interview, I answered all the questions correctly. I have four years of experience, but I felt that the interviewers were not very experienced. They asked only basic questions about Python and Django. However, when I asked for feedback from HR, they informed me that I was not selected. I sensed some internal politics, as it seemed they did not want a senior person to manage them.
