Initial phone screens with the CTO and one of the Founders, mostly culture fit and only technical in the sense of questions to get to know my background and experience. Followed by a more technical interview with just the CTO, and then a culture/technical round with the rest of the engineering team. It was a very practical interview process.

Don't recall a specific question. It felt more like a comfortable conversation than some of my more high pressured, 5-round interview loops.
