Honestly, don’t waste your time This was probably the most disorganized and frustrating interview process I’ve experienced in a long time — especially surprising for a company with a decent product and positioning. There’s zero structure. Different people reach out at different stages — sometimes a recruiter, sometimes someone from the team — and you never really understand who owns the process or what’s actually going on. At no point was it clear what the goal of each interview was or how decisions are made. The communication is a mess. I personally received a rejection email followed by an invitation to move forward shortly after. And I know for a fact this isn’t a one-off situation. They also ask candidates to complete quite time-consuming assignments, but then just disappear or don’t provide any meaningful feedback. It feels extremely disrespectful to the candidate’s time. The actual interviews were just as confusing. The interviewers seemed disengaged and not aligned. Some of them honestly didn’t even look like they understood why they were on the call or how they were connected to the role. What’s frustrating is that the company actually seems to have a solid product and decent conditions, so they could attract strong talent. But the hiring process completely kills any motivation to continue. I genuinely hope someone from senior management or the founders eventually sees reviews like this and rethinks the hiring process and the people running it. Until then — I would strongly recommend not wasting your time on this process.

Applied to the role, and got a request to schedule an interview two days later. The screening went well, recruiter was pleasant asked me questions about my experience and what i'm looking for in my next opportunity along with giving me thorough brief on the company. The reason for this review is I really appreciate the recruiter calling me again after the fact to let me know why they wouldn't be proceeding at this time though the call went well(they are looking for more senior candidates).
