Last year I sat through three interviews each time stating how much salary I was expecting once asked and they had no problem with it, once I received an offer the salary was 1/3 of what was promised to me and they wouldn’t negotiate. They ghosted me. Don’t waste your time, they want highly skilled individuals but are not willing to pay. This ad placement for a marketing and graphic designer is repeated on offer. Wanted to go over what skills I had, this from a receptionist because the interviewer was late to the appointment, she didn’t understand the programs I used, it was a waste of time telling her anything.
