Usual questions for the job, nothing over the top. Relaxed environment, needed some personal info to be copied for their records. Had a quick phone call after with a job offer, but unfortunately they weren't able to offer the money I would've liked.

Tell me a difficult experience you had to handle in one of your previous roles as assistant store manager.
Had to submit a CV and cover letter as the first step. Next was an online assessment which was hard to find the logic in but not that difficult then an interview

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Are you certain you interviewed for the Co-op group? We do not have Assistant Store Manager roles.
