one on one based interview held in the stock room. typical questions and asked for availability. the manager seemed nervous and unsettled and fairly under prepared. however i was offered the position so it was fine
Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
