Despite being told the aptitude tests were just used as a sift and I achieved nearly full marks I didn't get to interview. Quite disappointing feeling like being lied to.
Informal, ask questions that you are sent prior to the interview to prepare. Ask about availability and your current circumstances eg. if you are a student etc. and if you have previous retail experience.

Easy, really nice people. Enjoyed the process and they were really lovely, and the staff were really kind. They were looking to find me a place and fpund me one in a different store
