The interview consisted of several online assessments, asking how you would adapt to certain situations, and a general personality test to measure your suitability to the role. In order to progress to the next interview stage you were required to score a certain grade on the online assessments. After passing, I was informed that I would be interviewed through a phone call, and then asked to come down to the store for an induction and training period.
