Hour long competency based interview. The person I was meant to be meeting wasn’t there, and a person who wasn’t prepared or didn’t even know I was coming had to interview me. They were very cold and dismissive, very much felt like I was an inconvenience to them whilst there. Shop floor staff were welcoming though.
