30 minute, in-person interview with the manager of the store who asked around 7 questions including competency based and behavioural questions. I then received an offer in about a weeks time.

Nice guy who interviewed me but took 3 week to reply. Found the interview preparation quite intense in relation to what the job was. Was told that 15 others were interviewed so wasn’t rly any hope of getting the job.
