interview process was good and clear, however it did take some time to hear back downside however is that they require/prefer answers in a very specific format and i feel this can take away from authenticity during the interview

Initial telephone interview with recruitment consultant covering generic questions about interest in role and personal background. Second MS Teams interview involving similar questions about personal background, overall working experience, demonstrating certain skills such as customer service, etc.
