This employer was well organized. The 30-minute HR phone interview led to an in-person interview at their offices. I met with 4 people one-after-the-other. Everyone was on-time.

Spoke with the recruiter about a Director position. Overall interview was. She said I would hear in a week about next steps, shared what the process would be like.
The problem was it was over a 1 month and 2 weeks before I even heard anything, which was an automated declination message. Very disappointing.
