I enjoyed this interview; it was thoughtful and personal and interesting. A little more difficult than most interviews I've had because some of the questions were unique and I was unprepared for them. It was one on one and maybe 20-30 minutes long and the employee interviewing me was engaged the entire time and focused on me as a person and also my previous work experience. However, as is the case with most new start-ups, the job you think you are applying to is not the only job you'll be doing. Although I was applying as a copywriter I would also have to be a marketer, designer, developer, etc. My skills were not in the right place and ultimately why I did not get the job.
