Applied for temp call center position & received a phone call and some testing via email. Completed and passed that round and was asked to go in for an in person interview. Although I was there applying for call center position, the branch manager overheard my previous experience and was interested in having me work for them directly supervising the employees who work at the call center. A second interview was set up with the Program Manager.
