I am applied online and they call me to schedule an interview at that day. It is a group interview. First, just tell yourself one by one. Then, the interviewer will ask some behavior and situational questions. One by one interviewee answered.After that,you filled out a form and they said they will let u know in a week.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

How would you influence a customer to make a purchase
Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
