Met at the store. She printed out my resume and brought it out to a cafe right outside where the interview was held. Straight forward/standard interview procedure. Quite relaxed but I was quite nervous. Went through my resume whilst asking me questions throughout. Do your research! I politely finished off her sentence with the Creative Director's name.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
