I walked in and asked if they were hiring and if I could get an application. They handed me one and invited me to fill in out in the store. Upon completing my application, I handed it to a person (not sure if she was a manager or not). She immediately asked me if I would like to come back that night for a group interview. Of course I said yes.

It wasn't a real difficult question, but we were all asked about how we keep up with the latest fashion trends. Another question asked was why we wanted to work for Coach.

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

How would you influence a customer to make a purchase
Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
