Our local mall was advertising for Seasonal Sales Associates and I went in to apply. I filled out the application while I was in store and was asked to interview a few days later. When I went to apply I was dressed in all black (similar to what I had seen other SAs wear in the store) which I think helped with getting me a quick interview. My interview was a 1-on-1 with the Store Manager & she asked me what I knew about the brand besides that they sell handbags, what trends I'm excited for, what magazines/blogs I follow and why I would want to work for the company. After Holiday was over in January, I was asked to stay on!

Group interview. Questions and workshops that I didn't expect. Dunno how they decide, no time for introducing myself to the interviewer. 3 different type of group works. That I've never experienced. They prob wanna see your behaviour and team works
