Phone screen with hr, then interview with hiring manager. HR was erratic, fast talking, and didn't seems to care about candidates. Very transactional. The hiring manager was worse- robotic, asked generic questions, and made no effort to find commonality. I've never been so put off. I ended the interview early.
Recruiter reached out asking for a screen (after I applied online), which I conducted over the phone. It took about 20 minutes and the conversation went well. Heard back a few days later that the hiring manager wanted to move forward with other candidates.
