very smooth. 3 steps.
submitting resume and 3 days later I was noticed to have a onsite interview with assistant manager; and then 3 days later I received call from store manager for another onsite interview. In the last interview they gave me the offer right away and i signed up the offer letter immediately

It was pretty relaxed, two interviewers, mostly spoke about my CV and Customer Service. Why I want to join the company and why luxury retail? I am still waiting to hear back from them. Had my interview last last week.

How would you influence a customer to make a purchase
Pretty straight forward and nothing too intense. Great energy from the team as long as you are competent yet competitive.
It was a 2 step process for me after the phone call and they brought me in immediately.

Pretty easy and standard questions which were not very tough. They wanted to see my the personality and attitude towards work. Overall it was a good interview and they were very nice and polite.
