Phone screen with technical manager - more in depth and technical, also easy.
On site with senior manager and principal - more in depth but not difficult.
On site with Vice President - non technical, career oriented discussion.
I spent 3 and a half weeks interviewing with Coalfire.
The offer they made was 10% less than my original stated minimum salary requirement and below market average for the role.
I would NOT recommend this organization to any of my friends.
