I was interviewed several times during my employment with Coast. I began as an intern and quickly moved up by constantly asking for more responsibility. The interviews were typically pretty relaxed because they knew me and were familiar with my work habits. I was typically interviewed in person by two management staff.
Great interview process! Mine was very straight to the point and direct with their questions. They asked me about my experience, what I did and didn't know, and if I was willing to learn.

Colloquio
The initial interview is over the phone and then a skype interview. The interview will start with an introduction of those interviewing HR and /or lead Property Manager and possibly the Vice President of the specific Region.

After interview I was told there would be a position but it took 3 months to hear back. I called every week for 3 months and finally got a property.
