interview process was more detailled and thorough than any I have had for previous positions. I applied online, was called by a contact in HR who was very informative, and invited to come in for a fit interview. I met with the HR Manager, who shared a lot of information about the company, and answered all the questions I had. The interview was very interesting, the questions were challenging, and I had to think about my answers. I got feedback at the end of the interview, and I think the impression they formed of me was detailled. I left this interview really wanting to work for the company, and was excited to be asked to come back to meet with a Partner in the company, who told me more about the work that they did, and what opportunities were available. I was introduced to a senior member of the team, who spoke really positively about the company, and shown the office and the rest of the team. They let me know they would be in touch, and called in a couple of days to make my offer. All in all, the interview process was longer than I've been through elsewhere, but seemed organised and well-prepared.
