First round is with a recruiter, general questions. Second is with the CEO. He wants to hand pick his employees, which is understandable. However, when interviewing with the CEO who was 5 minutes late and told me I am fortunate to have the opportunity to speak to him. During my 4 minutes of talking he quickly cut me off said I wasn’t a good fit, again perfectly understandable. What rubbed me wrong was he told me he finds service members and hospital employees incapable of forward thinking and he was hesitant to continue with the interview after hearing my military background or hiring anyone in those fields. Then proceeded to give me “advice” because he felt gracious. I’m surprised the CEO would cuss as much as he did during an interview, great representation of your company and culture. Look at the reviews before applying here. I’ve been in many interviews and never once have I met such a narcissist as the CEO.
