Panel Interview which lasted about 45 minutes. First, each panel member takes a turn going over 1. Facts about Cobb County, 2. Facts about the Cobb Library System 3. Facts about the position such as pay and scheduling structure. Then each member alternated asking questions.

My interview took place at Mountainview Regional Library, which is the hub of the Cobb County Public Library System. I was taken to a private activity room where the interview was held. It was a panel interview involving three women: the Library Circulation Manager, the Branch Manager, and the Regional Manager. We sat in a circle around individual tables, each equipped with our own paperwork. The paperwork included information about the library, libraries within the county, accomplishments, community involvement, job position details, benefits, pay, hours, and more. Each woman took turns reading through the materials and asking if I had any questions or concerns before we moved on. Afterward, we transitioned to the interview portion, where each woman took turns asking me questions.
