Worst place I have interviewed at. The interview process is really drawn out, and it seems like they try to interview candidates in droves from around the world. None of the interviewers use a proper headset and talk in extremely thick accents that are very hard to understand. Once you apply, they send extremely easy tests (first is an IQ test and then technical MCQs). You need to be in the upper quartile to qualify. They also make you write many long answers in the application, and by the questions they asked me in my interviews, it does not seem like they bothered to read any answers. This is followed by a call with the recruiter, who seems extremely uninterested and answers curtly to any questions you ask. The only thing they ask you is to 'rate your ability' in certain technologies and tools, and state the 'number of years of experience' you have in using them. In my call, the recruiter was completely unbothered about my experience and it seemed like she just wanted to be done with the call the moment it began. My technical interview was conducted by an interviewer who was completely uninterested in discussing the solution and was just there to see me code. The interviewer spoke in an extremely thick accent and was using a pair of in-ear earphones with a really poor microphone. In the barely legible sentences he spoke, it was a challenge to figure out what was being said. All in all, the company seemed to mass advertise its position, but its hiring process is probably the most unwelcoming one I have faced to date. None of their employees seem to show any passion in the company or in a candidate interested in working for the company.

Interview with HR and a tech test based on language of your choosing - I chose Python as that's the job description. The tech test was difficult with a hidden rubric on performance of code.
