Interview process consists of a phone interview (December) and then a follow-up formal interview at their Assessment Center in Atlanta, GA. The initial phone interview was five questions requesting examples of when you solved problems, demonstrated leadership, etc. I was provided almost no contact information for anyone in the company and had a difficult time finding an actual person to address a thank you to. I didn't hear anything back until February when I finally got a response that they were still considering the applicants. In March they told me I was a final candidate, but would only discuss it over the phone with me which was frustrating not only because I could get nothing in writing but also because it took three weeks for me to finally speak with someone and learn any information. The entire process was poorly handled and very frustrating for me as I only found out I had to be in ATL two weeks before the flight and that it was a nonnegotiable date despite the conflict with my FE exam.
