First, I had to send a pre-recorded video of myself answering a set of questions. I think they were standard "what do I know about the company", "why do i want to work for the company". You could record your answers as many times as you wanted. Then I had to interview through Teams with two interviewers where they asked similar questions.

Very confusing. Not like any other interview I had ever experienced before. It really seemed like they were testing my level of tolerance of working blindly and without actual direction. Just get it done regardless of your well-being or common sense.
