Lots of steps, overall interactive and surprisingly wonderful experience. Once you send the application, you go through an app where they test your characteristics, which you receive the full report.

The process was long and there were a lot of steps but it was also fun during the whole time. There were two phone interviews, one group testing, online test in business economics and after that I sent my CV and was called to the interview.
