First there was Written Test.Then Short listing on the ratio 1:6 for each post followed by GD and Interview.The whole process was over within 20 days or less. The interview board consisted of 4 guys out of which only 2 guys asked the questions

Descriptive task consisting of two questions one is technical and another question is non technical group discussion on topic in which 10 points will be provided and we should discuss on those points and come to conclusions and finally personal interview about education and work experience will be interviewed
