Unnecessarily long and drawn out interview process with frequent delays. Interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, assignment, virtual on-site with project/presentation (in addition to the previous assignment) and multiple interviews. They checked references without an offer, and burned one of mine due to not disclosing it would entail a lengthy, multi-step questionnaire.
