Fairly simple interview process with some basic questions about yourself and if you have experience working and or teaching kids. Done over a video call. I didnt have any experience but I think they still were willing to hire and train since job is hourly and basically teach K ages.

Online interview, the interviewer was nice and it went smoothly. They get back to you quickly and are very communicative about location, time, hours, and other things like work life balance and overall vibe at the workplace.
Typical Behavioral interview about your resume, why you want to work here, along those lines. The interview was easy because it was for high school students looking for a job
